in my site (i'm using my pc as localhost so i don't know how i can share the home page i'm getting) the top menu bar is on the Joomla signature on the top banner. and the log in part has been replaced to right and there is nothing on the right now........

Looking at that template, I think this is not the best made template. It is probably somewhat older and the person who developed it, may have only checked it on Internet Explorer.

When I check on Apple Safari Browser and FireFox browser, this Joomla template break on all sides. I.e. not a good template to start you Joomla experiences with.

As for you running your Joomla site on localhost. I can not view that, only solution for you is to use screenshots.
