OK, let's try this.

I have revised the files. See attachment. I have created 2 extra module positions which should not show any graphic styles. Upload the files to the server in the folder where you got them from.

Once you have done that, then go to the module tweetthis and change module position to: tweetthis. Same for The Tweet Follower module, but set that module position to the new "tweetfollow".

Not sure of this works, but we can make it work. Might need some adjustments, but see what this gives.

OK, seriously crazy hours here. I need to get some sleep.

Try out the new files. If they are not giving the good result, make a screenshot of that and post it as an attachment so I can see. Then for the time being, upload back your original files you have from the first zip file you sent me.

Also be sure to set the module positions back to what they were.

I can have a look again tomorrow according to what your screenshot shows.

Night

Hi,

Just had a look at the PDF. Not looking good. What I need would be the entire template so I can work on it locally. What you can do is. Download the entire template 2blue folder and zip that for me and attach it here in the forum.

Hi,

Just put it together. Attached is a new version of your template. Be sure to keep an orginal version!

To install this template. First you need to set a different template as default in your template manager. After that you delete your current blue2template.

Then use this zip file to install this version.

Last, set blue2template to default again. I kept the same names as yesterday. Set your Tweet Follow module to th position tweetfollow and Tweet This module to tweetthis position.

trying it out now...

question: is there any reason an extension wouldn't upload to my joomla?

been trying to upload that ChronoForms_V3.1_RC5.0 and it just isn't working, it times out, I get error msg that it can't load, and then nothing.

I put a question on their forum as well

Hi,

Sometimes an extension is of a somewhat larger filesize. With slower hosting providers, uploading and installing might not succeed because of this. At client servers where I noticed this behaviour I used the seconds way of installing components etc. that Joomla offers.

Through ftp you should upload your UNZIPPED extension in a (simple named) folder and upload this in the folder 'tmp'.

SOmetimes extensions have weird folder names therefor I say 'simple folder name. So when you unzip the ChronoForms to your desktop, rename the unzipped folder to forms or something. Then up;oad that folder forms into the folder tmp.

Then go to Extensions > Install/Uninstall. On that page, you normally use the first line to browse and upload, but now go to the 2nd line. You should see it already filled in until the folder tmp, behind tmp add your folder name you uploaded, so it becomes.

blablabla/tmp/yourfolder/

Then click on install.

The install worked, thank you!

that's a handy little trick, I will be remembering that one!

Also, I tried changing the favicon.ico myself, i found the one from joomla and changed it for my own, but it doesn't show up
