Please can you advise how I can change the font size on the navigation buttons at the top of my website and also the text font size that's on the right hand side?

The red bar on all of the pages which is on the right hand side (accept for the advertising page) comes up a liitle short and should extend a bit further down so it touches the light grey bar as it does on the advertising page. I will be very grateful if you can advise me on how I can make these two changes. My website address is www.redrouteparking.com
